Our End of Tenancy Cleaning
Kitchen
- Oven: a full deep clean
- Extractor fan & hood
- Fridge/Freezer. *

Please note: Fridges and freezers should be defrosted ahead of the cleaning appointment.
Bathroom & Toilet
- Bathtub, toilet, bidet, and shower areas: Clear any hair from drains, remove limescale, and dry tiles after cleaning.
- Scrub and mop the floor
- Clean taps and fittings, removing limescale and wiping them down.
- Wipe the sink, vanity unit, and soap dispenser.
- Dust and clean the radiator and towel rail
- Polish all mirrors and glass surfaces.
- Remove dust and dirt from extractor fans.
- Clean visible pipework behind the toilet, where accessible.
Living / Dining room
- Wipe down doors and frames, including the tops, and remove any marks.
- Clean windows from the inside, including sills and fingerprints.
- Dust and wipe woodwork, vents, and ceiling fans.
- Hoover under sofa cushions and wipe tables and other furniture surfaces.
- Remove cobwebs from corners and ceilings
- Clean mirrors, picture frames, and tops of pictures.
- Wipe all switches and plug sockets.
Bedrooms
- Dust and polish wardrobes, chests of drawers, bookshelves, and bedside tables
- Vacuum the bed frame, headboard, base, and mattress. (Deep mattress cleaning available separately.)
- Vacuum all rugs and carpets. Hoover and mop the floor.
- Clean windows, frames, and sills from the inside.
- Vacuum curtains & blinds and clean the curtain rail.
- Clean skirting boards, doors, handles, and door frames.
- Dust and wipe lampshades and light fixtures.
- Polish light switches and plug sockets.
- Wipe down radiators on the outside.
